FAQ

Good questions.

The short answers about Points, devices and finding your eSIM.

Points are your WanderSIM balance: 1 Point = €1 — that is £0.87 when you pay in British pounds, at our current exchange rate. Every plan is priced in Points. You add Points from your account, pay for them by Visa or Mastercard, and spend them on eSIM plans.

Go to Balance in your account and choose 30, 60 or 90 Points — or enter your own amount, like 25 or 25.50. Amounts are rounded to two decimals, and anything under 1 becomes 1 Point. Then continue to checkout and pay by Visa or Mastercard. Your balance updates once payment is complete.

Your phone needs to support eSIM. Check the compatible devices page before you buy.
